General conditions
- 1. To make the reservation a deposit is required for the amount of 50% of the cost of the stay. The deposit will be, at least, the amount of one night.
- 2. The reservation will be understood as confirmed once the hotel has charged the deposit.
- 3. The remaining 50% of the cost of the reservation will be charged at the customer's entrance at the hotel (Check-in).
- 4. Check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check-out until 12:00.
- 5. The client must notify the hotel of any arrival after 22:00 on the day of entry.
- 6. Pets: Out of respect for all our customers we do not accept pets.
- 7. Accepted credit cards: Visa, Master card, Maestro. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of credit cards before the date of entry.
- 8. The realization of the reservation confirms the acceptance by the client of the general conditions and cancellation.
Cancelation conditions
- 1. The request for cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail.
- 2. The cancellation costs that the hotel will apply will be:
- • If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the date of entry, the amount will be refunded in full.
- • If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days in advance but with more than 15, the advance deposit is lost.
- • If the reservation is canceled 15 days or less in advance, the charge will be charged for the total cost of the stay.
- 3. In case of no-show, the day of entry, before 22:00 without having notified the hotel of such delay, the reservation will be considered "NO SHOW". The hotel will charge the total cost of the stay.
- 4. In the event that the client decides to leave before the scheduled departure date, the hotel will charge the total cost of the stay.
